4. User Responsibilities
4.1 For Artists/Musicians

Provide accurate information about skills, experience, and availability
Deliver services as agreed upon with clients
Maintain professional communication and conduct
Own or have proper licenses for any music, samples, or content provided
Meet agreed-upon deadlines and project specifications

4.2 For Clients

Provide clear project requirements and specifications
Make payments according to agreed terms
Provide necessary materials and feedback in a timely manner
Respect intellectual property rights of commissioned work
Communicate professionally and respectfully

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Platform Content

All Platform content, including design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission

5.2 User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of original content they create
By using our Platform, users grant us a license to display and promote their work
Users must have rights to all content they upload or share
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws

5.3 Work Product

Ownership of commissioned work is determined by agreement between artist and client
Default ownership transfers to client upon full payment unless otherwise agreed
Artists may retain rights to use work in portfolios with client permission

6. Payment Terms
6.1 Platform Fees

We charge a service fee on completed transactions
Fee structure is clearly displayed before transaction completion
Fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice

6.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
We are not responsible for payment processor fees or delays
Disputed payments are subject to our dispute resolution process

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled case-by-case based on project completion and satisfaction
Platform fees are non-refundable except in cases of Platform error
Users may request refunds within 30 days of project completion

7. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Use copyrighted material without proper authorization
Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Attempt to circumvent Platform fees or payment systems
Create fake accounts or misrepresent credentials
Share contact information to avoid Platform fees
Upload malicious software or harmful content

8. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to monitor and moderate all Platform content
Content that violates these Terms may be removed without notice
Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination
We are not obligated to monitor content but may do so at our discretion

9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Platform Mediation

We offer mediation services for disputes between users
Mediation is voluntary and non-binding
We reserve the right to make final decisions on Platform-related disputes

9.2 Legal Disputes
